⚠ Large unlocks (>5% circulating) create potential sell pressure. Informational only — not a trade signal.
EIP-7702 lets your regular Ethereum wallet act like a smart contract — meaning apps can pay your gas, batch transactions, and set spending rules. The biggest UX shift since ERC-20.
When stablecoin supply rises, real dollars are moving on-chain — not just crypto holders reshuffling. A meaningful short-term liquidity signal.
When team or investor tokens unlock at 5%+ of circulating supply, early holders can exit. Whether they do is unknown — but the pressure is real.
BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, and others now hold billions in tokenized form. This is TradFi capital actually moving on-chain — early infrastructure, not hype.

Token Unlock Radar
Upcoming unlocks as % of circulating supply. Understand dilution risk — not a trade signal.
When tokens that were locked (given to investors, team, or treasury during a fundraise) become available to sell, the circulating supply increases. If sellers outnumber buyers at that moment, price pressure follows. This is called dilution.
The key number to watch is unlock size as % of circulating supply — not just the dollar amount. A $5M unlock on a $50M circulating supply (10%) matters far more than a $50M unlock on a $10B circulating supply (0.5%).
Unlocks do not guarantee price drops. Context matters: is the unlock going to a long-term foundation, or to early-stage VCs with no lock-up remaining?
| Token | Date / Time | Amount | USD Est. | % Circulating | Category | Risk | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ARB | Today 01:00 UTC | 92.7M ARB | ~$82M | 8.3% | Team / Investor | High | DefiLlama ↗ |

Before a large unlock, consider asking:
- Who is receiving the tokens? (Team, VC, foundation, ecosystem?)
- Do those recipients have remaining lock-ups after this release?
- What percentage of FDV does this unlock represent?
- Has the protocol disclosed plans for these tokens?
- Is this unlock priced in (has the market known about it for months)?
Common misreadings:
- Large dollar value ≠ large % of supply. Always check both.
- An unlock does not mean tokens will be sold immediately.
- Foundation unlocks often go to grants, not sales.
- Price action before an unlock often reflects it already.
- This data is not financial advice — it's a risk lens.
🚨 Scam & Safety Radar
Verified exploit, phishing, and wallet-security alerts. Knowledge here earns repeat visits — and protects real money.
- Verify the domain exactly — one wrong character is a different site. Bookmark official URLs.
- Check the contract address on the official docs, not just the site you are on.
- Read every wallet prompt before signing. "Permit" and "Approve" grant token access — check the spender address.
- Revoke unused approvals regularly at Revoke.cash or app.unrekt.net.
- Search the protocol name + "audit" and check the result is from a known firm (Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, Certora, Halborn).
- Never connect a wallet holding large balances to an unknown dApp. Use a hot wallet with only the amount you need.
- Check if the project is listed on DeFiLlama, DeFiSafety, or has a Bug Bounty — the absence of all three is a red flag.
- If you were airdropped tokens you did not claim, do not interact with them. Many contain malicious contracts that drain on first approval.
- Radiant Capital — $50M multi-chain exploit
Attackers compromised 3 of 11 multi-sig signers via malware, draining funds across Arbitrum and BSC. Front-end showed legitimate transactions while malicious ones were signed.

Rekt.news post-mortem ↗ - Inferno Drainer — Permit2 phishing campaigns active
Wallet drainer kits continue to abuse EIP-2612 permit signatures. Users sign an offscreen "approve" that drains tokens in a single transaction. Often distributed via fake airdrop links and hijacked Discord/X accounts.
ScamSniffer dashboard ↗ - Fake token listings — honeypot contracts on new DEX launches
Scammers deploy tokens with hidden "sell disabled" functions. You can buy but not sell. Common on PancakeSwap and low-cap Uniswap v3 pools. Verify contracts on Honeypot.is before buying anything new.

Ethereum account abstraction ships; Radiant Capital suffers $50M exploit
Mixed weekEditor's noteThis was a mixed week: the Pectra upgrade delivered, but Radiant's exploit is a blunt reminder that multi-sig setups are only as secure as the devices signing them. Stablecoin supply inflows and RWA growth continue to be the most consistent structural trends this cycle.
Account abstraction for regular wallets is now live. Apps can batch transactions and pay gas on your behalf. Biggest UX change since ERC-20.
Ethereum Roadmap ↗On-chain prediction market volumes hit a new all-time high driven by election markets. Mainstream press coverage is accelerating adoption.
Polymarket ↗The largest tokenized Treasury fund continues its steady growth. Evidence of sustained institutional appetite for on-chain financial infrastructure.
Dune RWA Dashboard ↗Attackers compromised 3-of-11 multi-sig signers via malware, then drained funds across Arbitrum and BSC. Hardware wallets showed legitimate-looking transactions while malicious ones were signed in the background.
Rekt.news post-mortem ↗Axie Infinity daily revenue down 60% year-on-year. Most play-to-earn models failing to retain users once token prices decline. The narrative has shifted to ownership and item provenance — but no breakout title yet.
First federal framework for fiat-backed stablecoins moving through markup. Broadly favourable for USDC and large issuers. Decentralised stablecoins (USDS, FRAX) face more scrutiny.
CoinDesk ↗The Australian Securities and Investments Commission released updated guidance on crypto asset holders under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. Reinforces that consumer protections apply to crypto credit products.
